  • Certified Personal Trainer since 1998 dealing with people of many different health conditions (from athletes to people who suffer from many different bone/tissue/autoimmune diseases)
  • Seeker of happiness in simplicity with the modern world
  • Believer of keeping it simple for maximum results
  • An ex-corporate world big shot who threw it all away to find a true passion and purpose in life
  • Hardly a Zen expert but has his own touch of “Zen-casm” (Zen with a hint of sarcasm?)
  • Person dedicated to getting the truth about health, fitness, disease prevention and everything in daily life out there for people to know and make up their own minds on what they apply to their life
  • On a personal journey of waking up with daily awareness to see what really is and what really matters in our journey of life

A Note from Mike: I have dedicated my life to helping others to improve their health and happiness. My goal with the IF Life blog is to create a source for high quality information, while also keeping it simple and easy to understand. I have seen too many people get informational overload and just get confused, and with that confusion comes a lack of daily action. Success in anything is just the consistency of doing the most important things, nothing fancy just taking action. Through awareness of your own life and actions, can one really understand what steps they need to take and to detach from everything that doesn’t mater to them.
